Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed reservation. A trip is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly and you accept the quoted price and terms.
2. Pricing and availability
Pricing, availability and trip terms are confirmed separately for each request after reviewing the route, timing and vehicle availability.
3. Cancellation, waiting time, stops and payment

4. Service delivery
Service depends on applicable operating requirements and driver availability. We may decline requests we cannot fulfil safely or appropriately.
5. Driver partners
